The Mi Telcel app is the easiest way to perform recharges, payments, purchase packages, and manage your line's services without having to go to a Customer Service Center. It is available for all our customers with compatible IOS devices.

Download it, use it, and save time.

Once you download it, register to access all the possibilities it offers. If you are not registered yet, you can use Mi Telcel to recharge and check your balance and internet consumption.

Do you have a Rental Plan?

In the "Home" screen, we present you with the most relevant information about your line; know your balance and payment deadline.

In the "My Account" section, pay your bill with a credit or debit card, download your previous invoices, and check your payment history.

In the "Services" section, you can recharge balance for friends and family with a credit or debit card, activate/deactivate Additional Services for your line, purchase internet packages, and travel packages for abroad.

Do you have a Telcel Friend?

In the "Home" section, we show you the most relevant information about your line. You can hire Internet Packages and Friend Sin Límite packages, and if you already have one, we'll inform you about which one it is and the available MB. Check the details of your balances and recharge with a credit or debit card.

In the "Services" section, you can also recharge balance, hire internet packages, manage your free and frequent numbers, change your billing scheme, and consult your Telcel and Third-Party subscriptions.
